We provide a comfortable, relaxing space for guests to enjoy the natural beauty of Upstate New York! 

What We Do

We provide rooms for commencement weekend, visiting professionals, visiting students, reunions, weddings, conferences holiday weekends or any other occasions needing a short term stay.

Our Location:

*Close to Cayuga Lake, wineries, the Ithaca airport *Universities: 1/2 mile away from the back entry of Ithaca College, less than 4 miles to Cornell

*Less than 2 miles to downtown Ithaca

*A few miles to Buttermilk Falls

*Restaurants nearby

*Parks, playgrounds, and 6-mile walking trail located behind our house.

Located in a very quiet neighborhood with four  bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, will accommodate 7+. Two full baths, one on each floor.

  Rate and Reservation:

House rates: $240-$500 per night for the use of the house on weekends, depending on the season, number of rooms needed and the length of stay.

Room rates: $70-$150 per night for a room, depending on the season, room size, number of rooms needed and  length of stay.

Please ask for special discount!

Please note: Individual rooms are available during the week and weekend, depending on availibility.
